BYAD is operated by GarsonTech(“us”, “we”, the “Company” or “BYAD”)

By creating an account with BYAD or using the BYAD services you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.

Changes may be made to this agreement at any time. The most recent version of this agreement will be available on the app and you should check it regularly. We will notify you when significant changes that affect your rights or obligations are introduced. If you continue to use the Services after the changes become effective, then you agree to the revised Agreement.


You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on BYAD and use the Service.

You have never been convicted of a felony and that you are not required to register as a sex offender with any state, federal or local sex offender registry.

You are responsible for keeping your login and password credentials secret and secure, you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under those credentials.

You may not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos or other content via the Service.

You must not defame, stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate people or entities and you must not post private or confidential information via the Service, including, without limitation, your or any other person’s credit card information, social security or alternate national identity numbers, non-public phone numbers or non-public email addresses.

You must not change, modify, adapt or alter the Service or change, modify or alter another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service or BYAD.

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all local, state, federal and international laws, rules and regulations.

You must not create or submit unwanted email, comments, likes or other forms of commercial or harassing communications (a/k/a “spam”) to any users.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account and for your interactions with other users. You understand that BYAD does not conduct criminal background checks on its users. We make no representation or warranties as to the conduct of users.  You agree that BYAD is not responsible or liable for the conduct of any user.

You agree that BYAD is not responsible for, and does not endorse, Content posted within the Service. BYAD does not have any obligation to prescreen, monitor, edit, or remove any Content. If your Content violates these Terms of Use, you may bear legal responsibility for that Content.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We may, but have no obligation to, remove, edit, block, and/or monitor Content or accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms of Use.


This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures


Information you provide us directly. In order to register as a user with BYAD you will be asked to provide some personal information. This includes your name, date of birth, email address, gender, interests, likes, relationship interests. You will also be asked to allow BYAD to collect your location information from your device when you download or use the Service. You may also provide us photos, and information about your gender and preferences for recommendations, such as age range and gender preference. If you chat with other BYAD users, you provide us the content of your chats, and if you contact us with a customer service or other inquiry, you provide us with the content of that communication.

Information collected automatically. We automatically collect information from your device when you use the Service. This information could include your IP address, device ID and type, the operating system used by your device, access times, your mobile device’s geographic location while our application is actively running

Device Identifiers. When you use a mobile device like a tablet or phone to access our Service, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more “device identifiers.” Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may be data stored in connection with the device hardware, data stored in connection with the device’s operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by BYAD.


We may use information that we collect about you to:

– Deliver and improve our products and services, and manage our business;

– Manage your account and provide you with customer support;

– Remember information so you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Service;

– Perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in, our or others’ products, services, or content;

– Monitor metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns

– Communicate with you by email, postal mail, telephone and/or mobile devices about products or services that may be of interest to you either from us or other third parties;

– Develop, display, and track content and advertising tailored to your interests on our Service and other sites, including providing our advertisements to you when you visit other sites, website or mobile application analytics;

– Verify your eligibility and deliver prizes in connection with contests and sweepstakes;

– Enforce or exercise any rights in our Terms of Use; and

– Perform functions or services as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.


We will not rent or sell your information to third parties without your consent, except as noted in this Policy.

Information Shared with Other Users.When you register as a user of BYAS, your profile will be viewable by other users of the Service. Other users will be able to view information you have provided to us directly such as your name, age, likes and photos.

We may disclose your information, including personal information:

In response to a subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court order, or a request for cooperation from a law enforcement or other government agency; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. In such cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.

When we believe disclosure is appropriate in connection with efforts to investigate, prevent, or take other action regarding illegal activity, suspected fraud or other wrongdoing; to protect and defend the rights, property or safety of our company, our users, our employees, or others; to comply with applicable law or cooperate with law enforcement; or to enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements or policies.

In connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as the sale of our business, a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.


We keep your information only as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes and as permitted by applicable legal requirements. If you close your account, we will retain certain data for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our Service or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. In addition, if certain information has already been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, retention of that information will be subject to those third parties’ policies.


We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 18. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
